The patella also helps to distribute forces and reduce friction within the knee joint during movement. It is an important component of the overall structure and function of the knee. **

Yes, it is unethical to sell a Pomeranian Spitz with patella issues. Patella issues can cause pain and discomfort for the dog, and selling a dog with known health issues is not responsible breeding or ownership. It is important to prioritize the health and well-being of the dog and ensure that they receive proper care and treatment for their condition. Instead of selling a dog with patella issues, it is important to work with a veterinarian to address the health concerns and provide the dog with the necessary support and care. **
